Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to initiate a return, kindly send an email to asb@johnydar.com using the same email address you used for your order. Please be sure to include your order number and provide the reason for your return. Before proceeding, we encourage you to review our return policies outlined below.

Return Policies:

  1. You have a window of 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  2. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging intact and price tags attached, along with the original invoice. Please note that we do not offer return shipping services, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned merchandise and will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges for your order will not be refunded.

  4. We cannot accept returns without prior communication and a written agreement between you and our customer service team. Ensure that all items intended for return are securely packaged and traceable with a valid tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for its full value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to you (minus original shipping charges, unless otherwise stated).

We retain the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

  1. Please note that all quickstrike (QS), limited edition, sale, and brand collaboration products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of Johny Dar Online Shop.

  2. Online orders cannot be returned in-store.

  3. Our online return policies exclusively apply to orders placed through our official website at johnydar.com.

  4. We are unable to accept returns of three or more identical products.

Lastly, in the event that we have made a mistake in processing your order – we apologize sincerely! This includes cases of incorrect or damaged items being shipped. In such instances, we will also refund the original shipping charges. To resolve this issue, please contact asb@johnydar.com with your order number, the item number of the merchandise received, and the item you were expecting. We will promptly provide you with a return shipping label. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you upon receipt of the incorrect item. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original payment method.
